quite a goodjob day.
i tagged along with delapena family during their visit to dr. cabaluna’s tagaytay summerhouse yesterday, and the chef who prepared the christmas lunch was Chef Jean Pierre Migne, who previously worked for diamond hotel and century park hotel.
drinks were served first - margarita made from scratch, oo walang margarita mix. yeah. and mojitos which was like sprite with a drop of toothpaste but...

Dr. Canal: diagnosis?
Bill: Ma'am pleural effusion po.
Dr. Canal: Why is that?
BIll: maam because you cannot appreciate the costophrenic sulcus anymore, and there is a meniscus.
Dr. Canal: whatelse is there?
Bill: Ma'am parenchymal opacities in the right upper lung field. this is probably the TB causing the effusion.
Dr. Canal: Well you should have reported about that first diba?
BIll: [oops face] yes maam.
Dr. Canal: so how do you confirm if the effusion is indeed tuberculous or not?
Bill: Maam culture po.
Dr. Canal: Ok pwede. whatelse?
Bill: Maam gramstain?
Dr. Canal: Sige. Ano pa? May isa pa.
Bill: ...
Dr. Canal: Naku yun pa hindi mo maalala.
Bill: Maam drug susceptibility?
Dr. Canal: oo sige pero ano nga yung isa pa?
BIll: Maam..... pwede may clue? hehe
Dr. Canal: E wala siyang clue kasi yun na yon, magagalit ka sa sarili mo pag ako ang nagsabi.
Bill: ... Maam wala na po talaga ako maisip.
Dr. Canal: Hay nako... AFB.
Bill: [insert putangina-ka-bill-antangatanga-mo-face-here]
Bill: Ay maa, AFB po. heheee
Dr. Canal: Oo AFB, henaku umalis ka na nga naiinis ako sayo di mo nakuha yung AFB hahaha
Bill: Maam AFB po.

im thinking of making tumbler my primary blog [moving out from multiply], pero wala kasing storage ng multiple pictures/albums dito.
or make tumblr/facebook/multiply all primary?
